OMG...no more margaritas? No more wine? I

Okay Sheppy, but I am actually getting up to
a 4 now. And you are a.....cat?? If I give up
wine, I could be a zero. Damn, those were the
days. I hear Singled Out in a zero...is that
true? I think this is a weekly webisode,
Shep. And, I too, will be tuning in...this is

Much respect for your honesty, bravery, and
discipline (setting a goal and working to
achieve that goal). You have a lot of people
here rooting for you.
What you downin in the tubs, ladies. That
looks like Kaluha to me. Mmmmm -- that makes
me thirsty. Nothing like some chocolate
liqueur to send ole' Winnie into a tailspin.
This is awesome! Kudos to you Tracy for
exposing yourself like that. Hey Shawnee is
it better to start a workout with cardio and
then lift weight or the other way around?
Also which one is better: sauna or steam
room, or both? For someone who is already in
shape, how do you challenge yourself to
increase the intensity of your workout?

Hey SarahLoo Singled Out is indeed a zero:)
But the new Zero which is actually a 2, I
think? I'm getting in shape as well for the
Dinah so my goal is to really claim my zero
which would make me a new minus 1 or 2?
Grrrr! I was never good in math anyway! lol

I enjoyed this. Usually, if something like
this makes television they are borderline
obese and/or have never worked out a day in
their life. I was stunned to see she started
you off light however, I thought about it and
there really no is no sense in killing you on
the first day. Well, Ill be checking on this
series, hopefully it will eventually lead to
supplement talk. Keep it up, You are doing
