Rachel and Monica may finally share a kiss.
Jennifer Aniston has reportedly been lined up to play a lesbian in Courteney Cox's show Cougar Town.
According to Monsters and Critics, Aniston, 41, specifically requested to play a lesbian on the series.
The Bounty Hunter star will join Cox, 45, in the popular sitcom and a source told UK's the Mail on Sunday, "She persuaded Jen to guest star. They have both wanted it to happen for a while, but Jennifer has been too busy."
"She promised she would do it as soon as she finished promoting her new film, Bounty Hunter, and it was Jen's idea to play a lesbian. She wanted to do something different."
In Cougar Town, Cox plays a single mother who dates younger men. It is unknown whether or not Aniston's character will make a move on Cox or if there will be a romance between them.
The duo also appeared together in Dirt and sources say Cox had promised producer Bill Lawrence that she would try and get Aniston to appear on Cougar Town.
Fellow friend, Lisa Kudrow, has already appeared on Cox's show this season, playing an ill-tempered cosmetic surgeon.
