Rosie O’Donnell announced on her blog Monday that she suffered a heart attack last week. Now, her very public nemesis Donald Trump has sent her a get-well message, according to TMZ.

The man who’s referred to O’Donnell as a “pig” and a “loser” since their first big blow up in 2006 over his handling of  troubled Miss USA contestant Tara Conner, sent O’Donnell the following Tweet.

O’Donnell acknowledged Trump’s message and joked that his well wishes came as a bit of a surprise.

On Monday O’Donnell blogged, in her signature style, that she suffered a heart attack on August 14, after attempting to help a large woman out of her car. She wrote that a few hours later she began to experience aches in her chest, nausea and sore arms. After Googling “women’s heart attack” symptoms O’Donnell realized she was suffering from several of them.

The comic blogged that she owes her survival to aspirin. “thank god / saved by a tv commercial / literally,” she wrote.

O'Donnell had a stent inserted after doctors found that her coronary artery was 99% blocked.

It’s been a rough few months for the comedian. Earlier this month she blogged about postponing her wedding due to  her fiancée Michelle Rounds’ rare tumors.
