Support for Gay Marriage Grows in Bogot�

A recent government-backed survey shows that 63% of residents in the Colombian capital of Bogotá support marriage equality. The survey, which was conducted via telephone, reached a pool of 1,200 citizens, Colombian paper El Tiempo reports. Of those surveyed, 53.8% were women, 46.2% were men, all between the ages of 18 and 59. Eighty-nine percent were heterosexual.
